It features a double-layer acrylic chassis, four individual gear motors (for better traction and speed), and upgraded sensors. Most importantly, the 4WD kit includes a Bluetooth module for smartphone control and three line-tracking modules, whereas the 2WD kit is primarily focused on the basics of IR remote control and obstacle avoidance.

Q: How do I control the robot using my smartphone? A: The kit includes a dedicated Bluetooth module. Once you assemble the robot and upload the provided code, you can download a compatible Arduino Bluetooth controller app on your Android or iOS device. Pair your phone with the robot, and you can steer it just like an RC car!

Q: Do I need to know how to solder to build this 4WD robot? A: Not at all! This kit is entirely plug-and-play. We provide a V5.0 extension board (Sensor Shield) and female-to-female Dupont wires that allow you to connect all the sensors and motors securely without any soldering. We even include the screwdriver you need for the chassis assembly!

Q: What is the included roll of black tape used for? A: The black tape is used for the Line Tracking mode! You can stick the tape onto a light-colored floor to create custom, winding tracks.
