Delivery

• We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery charges are confirmed at checkout based on your location.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay when your order arrives.

Order tracking

You can view your orders any time from My Orders. We'll contact you to confirm delivery details after you place an order.

Returns

• If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We'll arrange a replacement or refund once the return is received and checked.
