What's covered

Development boards and modules carry a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If a component fails due to a defect under normal use, we'll replace it.

What's not covered

• Damage from incorrect wiring, reversed polarity or over-voltage.
• Physical damage, water damage or wear from misuse.
• Consumables and normal wear items.

How to claim

• Keep your order number as proof of purchase — you can find it under My Orders.
• Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue.
• We'll guide you through the replacement process.
